Allowing the Flow in February

That is this Months Theme:

Ideas on how to live in the Flow:

Write a Daily Dream Script of Your Life. Everyday write down exactly what a day in the life of you would be like if you had all the money in the world, all the time in the world, access to whatever you wanted etc. Update it like a journal everyday and take inspired action as opportunities arise. *Bonus- look back at your February 2011 entries in February 2012 and see what has come to manifest itself!

Daily Gratitude list of Things you are thankful for. I always do this in my head, but in February I'm putting it down in writing. Join me won't you! There is something about the act of writing. You are physically forming the letters with your body (using a writing instrument of course) you are visually seeing what you are writing and you are thinking about the concepts you are writing. It's a fully creative moment that will surely manifest more of the things you are grateful for just by writing them down.

Come up with a Monthly Mantra. What will it be this month!? Living Full Out? Allowing My Light To Shine?, Allowing Creativity to Flow? All of those and more!? Great, figure out what it will be this month and meditate on it in the mornings, while in your car, while walking, before you go to sleep, let your Personal Mantra this month take you to the next level!

Exhibit Excellence in Your Current Situation. It's so easy to write your script of your dream life, and forget your present. So while you are creating your fabulous future, show up as a rock star right now in your current situation. So if you are at a job you don't like, studying something that doesn't interest you or are just eager for the next stage in life (cause it will be awesome..) try to focus on being the best You you can be Right Now, as nothing will shift your reality more. I've been so excited about things to come that I have forgotten about my current task at hand that I actually enjoy and it deserves my full energy and attention as well. So this month let's be present for the tasks at hand WHILE we create our dream lives as well.

Continue to Allow the Flow This February!!

I found my February Mantra!

2nd Timothy 1:7

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

Hope this helps someone out there. Does anyone have a different mantra for Allowing the Flow in February?

That's My Name & That Is So ME!

Confucius Theory

Confucius defined humanity, or jen, as a “love of people” stating “if you want to make a stand, help others make a stand.” That is, the Confucian theory of humanity exemplifies the golden rule. It is so central to Confucian thought that it appears 58 times in the Analects. Similar to the Christian process of seeking God, Confucius teaches seeking jen to a point of seemingly divine mastery until you are equal to, or better than, your teacher. The Confucian concept of jen encompases both love and altruism.

I like it! It's all in the name I suppose. Can your name dictate your life's purpose? What do you think!?

Happy Birthday to Me! My Mantra...

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
